Album Notes & Community Reviews

Rushed into production to capitalize on an explosive debut, the young vocalist continues her absolute domination of theatrical, emotionally intense adult contemporary music. Her phrasing is startlingly dramatic, wringing profound emotion out of carefully curated Broadway numbers and Tin Pan Alley obscurities. The album solidified her rapid ascent as the premier, untouchable interpreter of American song.
