Album Notes & Community Reviews

A definitive statement of pastoral symphonic rock, characterized by dense orchestration, lush vocal harmonies, and grand, melancholic themes. The British quartet effectively merged accessible pop sensibilities with epic, extended song structures. Dealing heavily with somber topics such as death and suicide, it nonetheless established a massive commercial footprint across mainland Europe.
