Scaling back some of the overwhelming fuzz of their earlier work, the Philadelphia collective embraced a surprisingly pastoral, acoustic-leaning psychedelia. Isobel Sollenberger's haunting flute and ethereal vocals drift effortlessly above incredibly slow, hypnotic, and repetitive drone-rock structures.
