Crucibles

Album Notes & Community Reviews

The album 'Crucibles' captures a single, continuous piece of group improvisation, eschewing pre-composed structures in favor of spontaneous, often tempestuous, interaction. Its sonic landscape veers from dense, percussive cloudbursts to sparse, whispered passages, all unified by the ensemble's deeply intertwined and reactive musical language. Functioning as a document of radical musical alchemy, the performance forges disparate individual voices into a singular, indivisible entity through the intense heat of collective creation.
