Deeply inspired by her relocation to Los Angeles and classic 1980s coming-of-age cinema, Natasha Khan crafts a highly atmospheric, conceptual synth-pop record. The album utilizes driving drum machines and retro-futuristic synthesizers to soundtrack an imaginary film involving desert landscapes and vampire cults. It serves as a brilliantly nostalgic, neon-lit departure from her traditional orchestral pop sound.
