Album Notes & Community Reviews

The sophomore album from the British songwriter navigates an incredibly hazy, lethargic, and distinctly nocturnal brand of neo-psychedelia. Dury's cynical, heavily detached vocal delivery floats over slow, looping, distortion-heavy guitar riffs and lush keyboard arrangements, conveying an atmosphere of decadent, drug-addled urban decay.
