Album Notes & Community Reviews

Concluding their ambitious, two-part concept album detailing a surreal 24 hours in the life of its protagonist, the Swedish retro-prog band delivers a wildly theatrical masterpiece. The record is heavily anchored by the staggering, 35-minute title track, which brilliantly weaves Zappa-esque jazz-rock, complex vintage synthesizer solos, and wry, self-deprecating lyricism. It is widely heralded as a pinnacle release of the 2000s progressive rock revival.
