Featuring the masterful trombone of Curtis Fuller, the highly respected saxophonist and composer focuses entirely on original material that pushes beyond standard hard bop forms. The meticulous, sophisticated arrangements highlight his exceptional ability to voice horns with a rich, almost orchestral depth within a small-group context.
