Album Notes & Community Reviews
Bill Callahan's second album under his own name is a lush, orchestral masterpiece of songwriting. Brian Beattie's string arrangements provide a warm counterpoint to Callahan's dry baritone and enigmatic lyrics. It is widely regarded as one of the finest folk albums of the decade.
