Album Notes & Community Reviews
The veteran songwriter's latest effort aims to shake listeners from their pandemic-induced stupor through rich, full-band arrangements featuring prominent brass and piano. His iconic, deadpan baritone delivers cryptic, poetic observations about human connection and the natural world, leaning heavily into a warm, deeply pastoral folk-rock sound.
