Album Notes & Community Reviews

The former Return to Forever guitarist shifts entirely toward acoustic instrumentation for this contemplative and spacious trio date. 'Of Mist and Melting' is defined by pristine, lyrical interplay alongside saxophonist Jan Garbarek and bassist Gary Peacock, epitomizing the icy, atmospheric aesthetic of contemporary European jazz.
