Album Notes & Community Reviews
The companion to 'Edition Two', this release documents the exquisite harmonic sophistication of Evans's final trio performing at a Parisian radio festival in 1979. It highlights the deeply telepathic communication with bassist Marc Johnson and drummer Joe LaBarbera, culminating in sprawling, deeply sensitive reinterpretations of standard material.
