Album Notes & Community Reviews

The American arena-rock star embraces slick synthesizers and polished production on his third major release of the decade. 'Signs of Life' yielded the hit 'Rock Me Tonite', featuring a massive, drum-machine-driven groove produced by Jim Steinman. Despite the album's commercial success, its legacy was famously overshadowed by the highly controversial and heavily mocked music video for its lead single.
