Evolving out of the Mnemonists collective, Biota constructs highly unsettling auditory collages relying on heavily processed field recordings and unconventional instrumentation. 'Rackabones' blurs the boundaries between musique concr猫te and dark ambient, resulting in a fractured, surreal document of the American avant-garde underground.
