Vulnicura Strings

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as an acoustic companion piece to her emotionally devastating original record, this project strips away all electronic beats and programming. 'Vulnicura Strings' isolates the intricate, highly complex string arrangements and her uniquely powerful vocal performances. The resulting work feels incredibly sombre, laying bare the profound sorrow and melancholic beauty of the original compositions.
