Returning from a lengthy six-year hiatus, the Vancouver collective leans heavily into the analog synthesizer textures of 1970s progressive and space rock. The album masterfully intertwines Stephen McBean's heavy, Black Sabbath-inspired guitar riffs with Amber Webber's commanding vocal presence. It acts as a sweeping, highly atmospheric love letter to vintage heavy psychedelia and sci-fi aesthetics.
