Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Kitwe band's debut was recorded at dB Studios in Lusaka with South African musician Andre Abrahamse producing and adding keyboards, and sung almost entirely in English except for the Bemba track 'Inongo Ya Tobeka', a story of friendship and betrayal. Its title was a Jackson 5 marketing angle devised by impresario Goodson Nguni; when the band decamped to Ndola, the record was sold to Zambia Music Parlour and reissued with a new sleeve.
