Album Notes & Community Reviews
Pivoting sharply from the icy cloud rap of his previous work, Bladee collaborates entirely with German producer Mechatok for an unabashedly bright pop record. The arrangements consist of euphoric, high-BPM trance synthesizers and bouncy club beats, serving as a platform for the Swedish artist's heavily auto-tuned, increasingly spiritual lyricism. It is a wildly optimistic, polarizing left-turn in the Drain Gang discography.
