Album Notes & Community Reviews
Fully produced by Whitearmor, 'Sulfur Surfer' acts as a tight, emotionally raw exploration of Swedish artist Bladee's evolving persona. The record shifts from the chaotic, multi-producer maximalism of his previous work to a unified framework defined by digital melancholy, blown-out low end, and haunting synth melodies. Notably, the tracklist features an unexpected, apocalyptic contribution from English neofolk and industrial project Current 93, bridging distinct generations of underground music.
