Album Notes & Community Reviews

Renowned session guitarist and producer Blake Mills delivers an incredibly intricate, quietly ambitious solo album with 'Jelly Road'. Co-written entirely with experimental artist Chris Weisman, the record utilizes highly unorthodox tuning systems and experimental microphone placement to capture deeply textured, almost alien acoustic guitar tones. It operates as a warm, subtly progressive twist on psychedelic folk music.
