Album Notes & Community Reviews

Formed by sisters Jennifer and Jessica Clavin following the dissolution of their punk outfit Mika Miko, the Los Angeles duo's debut full-length brilliantly balances gritty garage rock with sunny 1960s girl-group melodies. The record pairs aggressively fuzzed-out power chords with infectious, reverb-soaked vocal harmonies concerning distinctly Californian romantic disillusionment.
