Album Notes & Community Reviews

Jack Antonoff's sophomore album under this moniker serves as a maximalist, highly personal exploration of grief and moving past personal trauma. The production employs booming, stadium-ready 1980s drum programming, triumphant synthesizer hooks, and dense, multi-tracked vocal layerings. The project cemented Antonoff's signature nostalgic, anthemic pop sound that would define much of the decade's mainstream pop landscape.
