Absolute Elsewhere

Absolute Elsewhere cover art

Structurally ambitious, 'Absolute Elsewhere' is composed of two side-long tracks, each divided into three distinct 'tablets' that merge the band's death metal origins with expansive '70s progressive rock. Recorded at Hansa Tonstudio and produced by Arthur Rizk, the album's sound is defined by a dense layering of technical guitar riffs and guttural vocals alongside a prominent array of synthesizers, with guest contributions from Tangerine Dream's Thorsten Quaeschning. The compositions seamlessly transition between ferocious, complex metal passages and cosmic, atmospheric soundscapes to explore themes of human consciousness and science fiction.
