Album Notes & Community Reviews

Proving that extreme metal could thrive without relying heavily on black metal tropes, this Norwegian collective delivers punishingly pure, old-school death metal. 'Altered Genesis' focuses entirely on aggressive, rhythmic groove and deep, guttural violence. It stands as a dark and incredibly heavy cornerstone for pure death metal emanating from the Scandinavian scene.
