Album Notes & Community Reviews
The final studio album from the Texas hard rock outfit sees them fully embracing complex progressive rock, moving significantly away from the heavy, macabre blues-rock that defined their early commercial success. Although boasting intricate keyboard arrangements and sprawling compositions, the stylistic shift failed to resonate with their original audience.
