Album Notes & Community Reviews

Led by the frantic saxophone playing and unhinged poetry of Ted Milton, the trio continued to deliver aggressively minimalist, rhythmically intense art punk. 'Smoke Time' revolves around repetitive, disjointed drum patterns and blaring avant-garde jazz squeals. The album perfectly captures the stark, confrontational energy that made them cult favorites within the European post-punk diaspora.
