Album Notes & Community Reviews

The tracklist heavily emphasizes the syncopated, maracas-driven 'hambone' beat that defined his Chicago studio output. The driving, tremolo-soaked guitar work on tracks like 'Road Runner' directly anticipated the aggressive, blues-oriented British Invasion groups of the coming decade.
