Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as a deliberate return to the aggressive, guitar-driven format that defined his tenure in H眉sker D眉 and Sugar, 'Silver Age' heavily revitalized the alternative rock pioneer's solo career. Accompanied by a tightly wound rhythm section featuring Jason Narducy and Jon Wurster, the record bristles with relentless distortion and razor-sharp melodic hooks. It functions as a powerful reassertion of his status as an architect of modern power pop.
