Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following the monumental success of her debut, the Mississippi singer-songwriter offers another deeply atmospheric set of Southern vignettes. 'Local Gentry' surrounds her husky, sensual vocal delivery with sweeping, orchestrated pop arrangements and acoustic Delta stylings. The album solidifies her reputation for crafting complex, character-driven narratives that dissect rural American life.
