Album Notes & Community Reviews

Cementing his status as the preeminent voice of sophisticated Soul Blues, 'Here's the Man!!!' finds Bobby 'Blue' Bland backed by Joe Scott's immaculate horn arrangements. Bland's smooth, intensely emotive vocal delivery bridges the raw grit of Texas blues with the elegant orchestrations of modern soul. The album includes foundational staples of his live repertoire, including the incendiary 'Turn on Your Love Light'.
