Album Notes & Community Reviews

The preeminent vibraphonist explores the commercially viable realms of mid-70s jazz-funk and Latin-inflected crossover fusion. Supported by a dense bed of electric keyboards and syncopated rhythms, his mallet work remains complex and deeply swinging, bridging the gap between his hard bop roots and modern groove sensibilities.
