Album Notes & Community Reviews
Composed as a direct musical response to the iconic surrealist paintings of Joan Mir贸, this album is a highly orchestrated, conceptual achievement. The drummer and composer leads an unconventional ten-piece ensemble through twenty-three brief, incredibly quirky, and atmospheric avant-garde jazz miniatures.
