Album Notes & Community Reviews

Fronted by rapper Ice-T, the Los Angeles band's eponymous debut incited massive national controversy due to its fiercely anti-police lyrical content, particularly the infamous track 'Cop Killer'. The music provides a blistering, heavy metal and hardcore punk foundation for unapologetic, street-level commentary on systemic racism and urban violence.
