Album Notes & Community Reviews
Solidifying their transition from grindcore to pure, mid-tempo death metal, 'War Master' is an incredibly dense and punishing conceptual album based on the Warhammer 40k universe. Bolt Thrower utilizes relentlessly heavy, rhythmic grooves to craft a dark, highly aggressive atmosphere of perpetual battlefield violence.
