Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following up the bleak minimalism of 'The Letting Go', Will Oldham's tenth studio album under the Bonnie 'Prince' Billy moniker is a surprisingly gentle, joyous affair. Featuring a full acoustic ensemble including fiddle, pedal steel, and prominent backing vocals from Ashley Webber, the record explores themes of domestic peace and spiritual comfort. It stands as one of the most accessible, melodically rich entries in his expansive catalog.
