Album Notes & Community Reviews

Transitioning the Memphis studio rhythm section into sharper, more syncopated grooves, the instrumental set places a heavy emphasis on driving basslines and crisp guitar work. The title track famously popularized the sound of the Hammond B3 organ within mainstream sixties soul.
