Staged in a Brooklyn park on July 7, 2007, Yamantaka Eye conducted an unprecedented ensemble of 77 drummers arranged in a massive spiral. The resulting album is a staggering, overwhelming tribal symphony of polyrhythmic percussion and cosmic drone, acting as a massive, spiritually charged sonic ritual.
