Album Notes & Community Reviews

Bow Wow Wow's debut album emphasized Malcolm McLaren-shaped image-making, Burundi-inspired drum patterns, and Annabella Lwin's youthful vocal presence. The record's collision of post-punk, fashion, and global rhythm references made it one of the more stylized new wave debuts of the period.
