Album Notes & Community Reviews

Inspired directly by ancient Egyptian mythology and the concept of the afterlife, Joel Vandroogenbroeck led the ensemble into a highly synthesized, conceptual domain. Intersecting primal flute melodies with early Moog synthesizers and VCS3 generators, the record crafts an ethereal, futuristic atmosphere that heavily foreshadowed the emerging New Age movement.
