Album Notes & Community Reviews

Released just before his collaboration with Jack White in The Raconteurs, the Detroit-based songwriter's third solo effort is a masterclass in hook-laden power pop. The album pairs his pristine, Beatles-esque melodic sensibilities with sharp, observational lyricism detailing romantic frustration.
