Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Atlanta-based quintet establishes their self-described "dazz" (disco-jazz) sound on this highly successful debut. Blending heavy, syncopated funk with smooth flute melodies and prominent brass hits, the record yielded massive dancefloor anthems that bridged the gap between deep soul and commercial disco.
