Album Notes & Community Reviews

'The Decline of British Sea Power' is a highly theatrical and eccentric take on the post-punk revival, steeped in historical references and aquatic imagery. The band balances sweeping, pastoral indie rock with angular guitar noise, resulting in an energetic debut that feels simultaneously archaic and distinctly modern.
