Album Notes & Community Reviews
Ending a two-year group hiatus, 'Basic' sees the influential K-pop quartet heavily incorporating classic Motown and disco elements into their sound. The album is praised for its sophisticated vocal harmonies and tight, synth-funk production that playfully subverts standard idol music tropes.
