Balls to Picasso
by Bruce Dickinson
Marking his first solo release after officially leaving Iron Maiden, Bruce Dickinson teamed up with guitarist Roy Z to forge a modernized, slightly alternative-tinged heavy metal sound. The album abandons the galloping historical epics of his past in favor of heavier, groove-oriented rock structures, highlighted by the massive, emotionally charged ballad 'Tears of the Dragon'.
