Album Notes & Community Reviews

The sole solo album from the enigmatic former Buffalo Springfield bassist is a sprawling, entirely improvised exploration of acoustic psychedelia. Featuring contributions from Rick James and members of Kaleidoscope, the instrumental record eschews traditional rock structures in favor of hypnotic, raga-like acoustic jams and hand percussion. It is a wildly uncommercial, highly atmospheric artifact of the deeply stoned 1970s counterculture.
