Album Notes & Community Reviews

On 'The Mirror', Buck Meek explores a duality between introverted songwriting and dusty Texan country-rock. The album features production by James Krivchenia that incorporates featherbed electronics and programmed drums into Meek's otherwise traditional folk framework. The record functions as a series of honest reflections on vulnerability and personal growth, characterized by Meek's unique, semi-spoken vocal delivery.
