Album Notes & Community Reviews
Stepping momentarily away from his lead guitar duties in Big Thief, Buck Meek records a remarkably intimate and pastoral solo effort. 'Two Saviors' was captured live in a New Orleans home with strict limitations on studio editing, preserving the loose, acoustic chemistry of his backing band. The album is anchored by his idiosyncratic vocal delivery and poetic, narrative-driven country songwriting.
