Album Notes & Community Reviews
A pioneering and highly influential album from the Italian underground, 'The Day of Wrath' is a landmark of first-wave black metal. The record is a raw and ferocious assault, blending the primitive, rock-and-roll-infused fury of Mot枚rhead and Venom with the fast, aggressive energy of speed and thrash metal. Produced by Algy Ward of Tank, it stands as a timeless and essential document of extreme metal's formative years.
