Album Notes & Community Reviews

Directly tied to the enduringly popular Rankin/Bass television special 'Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer', Burl Ives offers an immensely warm, grandfatherly approach to the holiday season. The folk singer's gentle, iconic delivery of the Johnny Marks-penned title track cemented the album as a perennial winter staple. It effortlessly balances nostalgic standards with cheerful, orchestrated seasonal pop.
