Album Notes & Community Reviews
The debut full-length from Sheffield's Cabaret Voltaire is a deeply terrifying, incredibly lo-fi pillar of early industrial music. 'Mix-Up' fuses abrasive drum machines, heavily distorted synthesizers, and unsettling vocal loops to create a profoundly cold, deeply mechanical avant-garde portrait of dystopian urban decay.
